For the webinar, nothing at all — just show up. For the workshop, we provide a simple financial template to complete beforehand, along with recent profit & loss and balance sheet figures, so the session is built entirely around your business.

The executive webinar is completely free. The half-day workshop is €1,500, which includes preparation, facilitation and the action plan your team takes away.

The webinar runs live on Zoom and lasts approximately 45 minutes. The workshop is a focused half-day session, delivered either on-site with your team or virtually, whichever suits you best.
