2. Services

Our webinar is provided free of charge for informational purposes. Our workshop is a paid engagement priced at €1,500 per half-day session. The scope, timing and deliverables of any workshop will be agreed with you in advance. Nothing on this website constitutes financial, accounting, legal or investment advice.

3. Bookings and payment

Workshop bookings are confirmed once agreed in writing. Fees are payable in accordance with the terms stated on your invoice. Cancellation and rescheduling terms will be communicated at the time of booking.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this website, and all materials provided as part of our services, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written consent. The Cash Flow Story methodology and related materials remain the property of their respective owners.

5. Limitation of liability

Our services are provided in good faith and with reasonable skill and care. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability arising from the services shall not exceed the fees paid to us. Business outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control, and we do not guarantee specific financial results.

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
